2019 Prayer Jar

2019 is just around the corner!

This year, I'm focusing on the word "consistent" as I make my resolutions. I am striving for consistency with every aspect of my life: exercise, intermittent fasting, school, work, friendships and family. Especially, as the school year kicks into full gear again.

Winter Break has been a nice way to recharge as I head into my last semester on campus as a student pharmacist. With that being said, 2019 will be full of transitions! Through this season of change and growth, I hope to keep Christ at the center of it all.

In order to stay focused on God's plan for 2019, I am creating a "prayer jar." Each day, I will write one prayer on a small slip of paper and then place it in the jar. At the end of the year, I will go through the jar and read all of the prayers to see how God said yes, no or wait!

Recap of what you will need:

- Some type of jar (mason jar, coffee can, etc.)

- Paper (post-it notes, slips of paper, index cards, etc.)

- Pen/Pencil

- Daily Reminder (iPhone reminder, alarm, set it by your toothbrush, etc.)

If you have any questions, please reach out! I would love for you to join me in this prayer journey. Be sure to tag @rxtakeheart so I can see how God is working in your life throughout 2019!

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
